Council Services, County Clerk offices to close at noon
WAILUKU, Hawaii – The Office of Council Services and Office of the County Clerk will close today at noon and will remain closed on Friday, August 24, in anticipation of Hurricane Lane, Council Chair Mike White announced today.
Based on current forecasts and information from emergency-management agencies, the offices will be closed to give employees time to prepare and keep individuals off the roads during unsafe periods, White said.
Residents are reminded to pay close attention to news media and county alerts for up to date information.
