SOLICITATION 26-006OCS: Notice to attorneys and law firms interested in providing legal services to the Maui County Council, Office of Council Services, Office of the County Auditor and Office of the County Clerk

Maui County’s legislative branch invites attorneys and law firms licensed to practice law in the State of Hawai‘i to apply to provide legal services to the Maui County Council, Office of Council Services, Office of the County Auditor and Office of the County Clerk as special counsel during Fiscal Year 2027. To be eligible to represent a legislative-branch entity, an application must be submitted in response to this notice even if a similar application has been submitted to the County’s Department of the Corporation Counsel.
